Rules was first co-founded by Moataz Ahmed, who has been a distinguished legal auctioneer for more than a decade. Graduated from the Police Academy in 2003, he worked his way up from being a police officer in the public security to a criminal investigator. Gained the necessary experience after being assigned to countless criminal cases in all sorts of public finances and personal status issues as an attorney general. His ceaseless remarkable efforts led him to preside over court proceedings as a judge after becoming the director of public prosecutions in 2011.
Moataz was in charge of innumerable number of legal cases in several courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt as well as diverse subdivisions of criminal and civil laws of all manners. Well versed to various vocational training courses that incorporated the anti-graft and money laundering with the united nations. The E-litigation course with the KOICA organization in south Korea, the jury preparation course and the membership of the Regal British Commercial Arbitration complex. Adding to his concepts data, the franchise law course from the Cairo Regional Center for international commercial arbitration.
